About Us

Our History

In 1970, Mort Collins opened the office as a solo practitioner. The following year, Mort and Brian Einhorn formed a partnership establishing Collins, Einhorn.  Shortly after its inception Clay Farrell joined the firm.   As existing clients required more services and new clients emerged, the firm added attorneys and practice areas to meet those needs. In 1993, the firm grew from 13 attorneys to 16 when Stuart Ulanoff and his staff came on board.

Over the years, our firm experienced steady growth and an ever-lengthening roster of satisfied clients, a testament to our competency and capability. We continue to keep these accomplishments in perspective and understand that the true measure of our success is how we serve and support our clients’ legal needs. At Collins, Einhorn, Farrell & Ulanoff, we specialize in a broad range of defense litigation areas, providing clients with expert legal representation in the professional liability, insurance, environmental, fire and explosion, appellate, general liability and employment fields.

Today, Collins, Einhorn, Farrell & Ulanoff is recognized locally and in some areas of law nationally, for its legal expertise, counsel and leadership. The firm now employs 29 attorneys and a total of 62 dedicated employees providing primarily defense litigation services. Our reputation reflects how well we represent clients and contribute to the business and professional communities we serve. The firm’s knowledge of emerging legal trends keeps it on the cutting edge of the law to the benefit of our clients.

We invite you to contact us, discuss your requirements with us and see how we can assist you with practical, creative and effective legal services and solutions. Dedication to conscientious representation is our commitment to our clients.
