Practice Description

David’s practice focuses on professional liability litigation. He has successfully defended lawyers, accountants, medical professionals, and real estate professionals against malpractice claims.  He also handles product liability litigation, and general liability litigation. While the bulk of David’s work is devoted to trial-level litigation in state and federal courts, he has considerable experience in the appellate arena as well. David is active in bar-related activities and has published articles on attorney liability and ethics issues.
