Practice Description

Deborah handles litigation in the areas of premises liability, employment law, auto negligence, legal malpractice defense, fair debt collection, and product liability.  She has served as lead counsel in the trial of personal injury and employment cases in Wayne, Oakland, Ingham and Genesee Counties. Deborah has also taken advantage of her extensive knowledge of the real estate industry in defending claims asserted against title companies, real estate agents and brokers. She serves as a private and court-approved mediator in Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties.
