Practice Description

Morton is the firm’s founding member. In his 4+ decades of practice as a trial attorney, Mort has been a prominent figure in the defense of legal malpractice, professional liability, directors’ and officers’ liability and products liability cases. His trial experience includes complex commercial and real estate matters. Mort’s caseload has predominantly consisted of multi-party cases often involving claims of a substantial magnitude. Mort has prevailed in numerous legal malpractice trials, including claims arising from underlying patent law matters, as well as trials involving real estate and commercial issues. Throughout his career, Mort’s business acumen has been a valued resource to large and small business clients alike.
