Mike Sullivan and Colleen Burke obtained summary disposition on behalf of their lawyer client in the Jackson County Circuit Court. The trial court granted summary disposition on a claim that alleged that the Plaintiff would have been entitled to “double dip” on his no fault insurance and his health insurance following a motorcycle accident. Mike and Colleen were able to convince the trial court that the Plaintiff’s health insurance policy had reimbursement rights that would have negated any opportunity for any such double dip, thus rendering Plaintiff’s claim against their lawyer client defective.
