Practice Description

Shannon concentrates on product liability litigation, toxic tort litigation, fire and explosion litigation, mold litigation, and general liability litigation. She is certified as a Fire and Explosion Investigator by the National Association of Fire Investigators. In addition to her litigation work, Shannon has published articles concerning the defense of personal injury claims in the construction context and testing in product liability suits. She has also served on the Oakland County Bar Association’s Public Advisory Committee on Judicial Candidates, a body dedicated to the fair assessment of judicial candidates and providing voters with valuable information on candidates’ qualifications. Shannon has successfully tried personal injury cases in Michigan courts.
